With my consent, the company Panda Ride s.r.o., IČO: 06450547, seat: Rooseveltova 597/27, Bubeneč, 160 00 Prague 6, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 282398 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company“), in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, as well as in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR“) processed my personal data, as well as the personal data of persons for whom I exercise parental responsibility (children) and register them in the e-system on the website www.pandaride.cz, where the registration of persons for transportation carried out by the Company is carried out.
The company operates a professional transport of people, especially children, in passenger vehicles.
My consent to the processing of my personal data is granted for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, i.e., so that I can use the Company’s services as part of personal transportation in the Company’s personal vehicle and so that I can use other related services.
Consent to the processing of my personal data is further granted for the purpose of ensuring my vital interests, i.e., ensuring the safety and protection of my life, health and property, as well as the protection and safety of life, health and property of other users who use the Company’s services for personal transportation in passenger cars.
I also give my consent to the processing of my personal data (including photos) for the advertising and marketing purposes of the Company and the Company’s business partners, in the form of the Company’s advertising presentation and sending me offers or newsletters. I understand that I can request from the Company a list of the Company’s partners who may contact me with a marketing offer. I also give my consent for the purpose of my profiling for the purpose of offering me discounts or other benefits from the Company.
I also grant this consent to the processing of the personal data of a close person for whom I exercise parental responsibility and whom I have registered in the e-system on the website www.pandaride.cz, where registration of persons for transport is carried out, for the same purposes as listed above.
My consent to the processing of my personal data, as well as the personal data of a close person for whom I exercise parental responsibility, is granted for an indefinite period.
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time. If I do so, I acknowledge that the Company may further process personal data to the extent that its right to process personal data results from the legal reasons set out in the GDPR. I understand that the processing of personal data during the period of validity of the consent will be considered lawful even after the withdrawal of the consent.
I expressly consent to the processing of my sensitive personal data if provided by me to the Company. I also explicitly give my consent to the processing of sensitive personal data of a close person for whom I exercise parental responsibility, if they are provided by me to the Company.
I agree that my personal data, or the personal data of a close person for whom I exercise parental responsibility may be transferred by the Company to other entities if it is necessary on my part (or on the part of my close persons over whom I exercise parental responsibility) to use personal vehicles operated by the Company to transport people and to use them with related services.
I agree that the Company will process personal data in electronic and physical form. I understand that processing means any operation with my personal data.
I declare and confirm that before granting this consent I was able to familiarize myself with the Information on the processing of personal data by the Company at www.pandaride.cz, which describes how the Company processes personal data. In particular, I have familiarized myself with my rights in connection with the processing of personal data, as described in this information (right of access to personal data, right to correction, erasure, restriction of processing and transferability of personal data, right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection, the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the legitimate interests of the Company, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data).
